- The Network organised tree planting with 3 estates in Athenry as part of national tree week 2011. Thanks to Ard Esker, Parklands and Cluain Ri for helping in this project
- The Network won a 2010 Tidy Towns award in the sustainable develpment Category
- The Network was nominated for a Pride of Place Award 2008 in the environmental category! The Network was awarded E700 and a certificate for participation in the Awards in November 2008. More at www.cooperationireland.org
- The Network won 2 Awards at the Galway County Council Environment Awards held on December 4th in Menlo Park Hotel. The awards were for contribution to the local environment in the Loughrea ward and best new environmental group. The awards come with prize money of E600. More at www.galway.ie/en/
